This incident occurred in the Fakir Hat Patwari area of Raniganj Union No. 1 of Chilmari Upazila. In this regard, the victim, Aynal Haque, filed a complaint with Chilmari Police Station on Wednesday, 1/1/25.

Investigation into the incident revealed that the victim, Aynal Haque, has been in a dispute with his cousin Yasin Ali over land for a long time, and several cases are pending in court. The victim's sources said that his cousin Yasin Ali is trying to seize the land by force to disrupt those cases and put pressure on Aynal Haque. After reviewing the documents related to the occupation and land of the victim Ainal Haque, it is seen that Ainal Haque has a two-story tin-shed residential hotel and an international human rights (ASK Foundation) office in the alleged place, which is in the possession of Ainal Haque. The area mentioned in Ainal Haque's document is three and a half hundred, which is the boundary from the residential hotel to the neighboring mill, and according to the boundary mentioned in the document, Yasin Ali is on the east, Yasin Ali is on the north, the road is on the south and Mozahar Ali A's house is on the west. Yasin Ali had a bamboo grove on Ainal Haque's place, when Ainal Haque was pressured to remove the grove and vacate the place, Yasin Ali removed the bamboo grove and vacated the place about 40 days ago. When Ainal Haque went to Dhaka for work, Yasin Ali took this opportunity to surround the place with a tin fence and take possession of it. When Yasin Ali was asked about this, he said that this place is mine, there was a bamboo bush here, and I removed the bamboo bush because it damaged Ainal's house. Since my house is next to it, people come easily if the place is empty, so I surrounded my place.

A person in Taleb Nama said, Ainal's place is one and a half hundred, Ainal Haque's house is on Yasin Ali's place. Another source in the area said that Ainal Haque has a three hundred place here, this place is next to the road and is expensive, so Ilyas Ali is trying to encroach.
