The Rohingyas are infiltrating through 20 border points of Teknaf in Cox's Bazar. It is alleged that the broker gang is helping them to come across by grabbing 5 to 8 thousand taka per person from the Rohingyas.
According to several sources on the border, the Arakan Army is fighting with the country's army to take over Rakhine in Myanmar. Along with that, there are some other rebel armed organizations in the fight. Now they are attacking fiercely to take over the city of Mangdu. On the other hand, the government forces have continued to counter-attack to control the city of Mangdu. Due to this conflict, Rohingyas living in the surrounding villages including Mangdu are losing their lives. And 8 to 12 thousand Rohingya have crossed Nafnadi by boat and entered Bangladesh for their lives. Some local brokers in Teknaf are helping these Rohingyas. These brokers are extorting five to eight thousand rupees per person from the Rohingyas.

But they set fire to the houses of the Rohingyas. They killed many Rohingyas in the village. They burned many villages by mortar shells and aerial attacks. Therefore, there is a food crisis in Rakhine. In such an event, I was forced to cross the Nafnadi by boat to save my life and come to Aadhaar at night through Teknaf. Some local people took 5 to 8 thousand taka per person for this work.
Syed Karim, another escapee from Mangdu, said, "When the Arakan Army attacked the village of Mangdu, I fled with my family members and stayed in the mountains near the border for a week. And hundreds of people were at different points of the border. Later, when they contacted acquaintances in the camp, they told the local people. After taking help, in exchange of money, I crossed Nafnadi and entered through Hnila Damdamiya border point of Teknaf. Thousands of people are still waiting to enter Bangladesh at the border of Myanmar.
