According to the details of the case, on September 1, 2023, around 10:30 a.m., as per the instructions of the Central Committee of BNP, party leaders and activists appeared in front of the Lohagara Army camp and prepared for a peaceful march. attack At that time, on the orders of the defendant, the former police superintendent of Narail, Sadira Khatun, the other defendants stabbed the BNP leaders and activists in different parts of their bodies, and after chasing the BNP leaders, they entered the house of Kazi Sultanuzzaman Selim and the BNP leaders and activists who were inside the house were beaten and vandalized by the defendants using 20/30 motorcycles. 20 lakhs by misusing it and looting some goods. The plaintiff received treatment at Faridpur Medical Center for a long time. When the defendants were leaving, they threatened the BNP leaders and activists along with the plaintiff, saying that if they do not pay, they will not let them stay in the country. Since the Awami League government was in power at the time of the incident and some of the defendants were policemen, the Lohagarh police station did not accept the case. The plaintiff has mentioned in his RG that he has filed the case in the court because there is a peaceful atmosphere in the country during the current government.
