Finally Biswajit is acquitted of the false case.

Hearing the name Biswajit brings to mind the controversial Biswajit murder case. Today's accused accused is also named Biswajit. Biswajit son of Shri Ashok Howladar of Jagannathpur East of Birampur. Finally Biswajit is freed from the false case. As the case was re-investigated after 10 years, the investigating officer declared Biswajit innocent and filed an investigation report asking for exemption from all the charges in the case. 

 

Biswajit's appointed lawyer Advocate Omar Farooq Appel, a lawyer of His Highness High Court Division of Birampur said. According to the facts of the case, the real Md Mirazul Islam concealed his real name and used the name of Biswajit Kumar in the drug case of Dakshinkhan police station of Dhaka. In this way, the real accused absconded after being released on bail. As a result, arrest warrants were repeatedly issued in the name of the accused. And the innocent Biswajit was arrested again and again. This seems to defeat the story of Ayanajir in the movie. After nine long years, Biswajit's lawyer presented the case in the learned court. The learned court was satisfied and ordered a re-investigation. He also said that I am proud to be a lawyer engaged in this case. Kudos to the investigating officer who identified the real accused. It is a real pleasure to be able to do something for someone. I wish Biswajit a normal life success and prosperity.
