The OOSC program run by Mouk has 210 teachers and 15 supervisors working in Meherpur district. Out of which 20/25 controversial teachers, who make excuses for taking government benefits despite not running any center and having no students in the center. As supervisors and upazila officials of the said project put pressure on the development of the teacher's center, some online channels of Meherpur with the support of 2/1 MEO/NGO officials and all officials/employees of Kupramarshe oosc project to pressurize the institution on 20/03/2024 with complaints to various government offices such as , Meherpur News, Focus News and several channels including controversial 20/25 teachers served baseless information. In this regard, the channels have unilaterally served baseless information without taking any statement or opinion of the government integration department or the project implementing organization, which seems not to be correct. Apart from this, along with strong objection to the false and fictitious information provided by the teachers/teachers about the project and institution, the following are the actual facts regarding the complaints of the complainants:
1) Statements and complaints of teachers:-

Even if you are supposed to pay the house rent every month, you don't pay it regularly.
The house rent of the project is given by the DO from the primary ministry of the government every 4/6 months, then the non-formal education bureau sends the allocation to the district accountant (AG office) from Dhaka, then the house rent is paid to the bank account branch of the concerned teachers subject to the exemption of the institution money. Which has bank statement and teacher receipt. However, 15/20 teachers who said that they did not receive house rent, closed their centers or run nominal centers in their own buildings. So maybe I don't get house rent or get less.
2) He said that he has not received any house rent from July 23 till date and although the salary was paid till December 23, the house rent amount of Tk 5/15 thousand was not approved by the Assistant Director from July 23 till date, so it was not possible to release the house rent. The money has not yet been paid to any teacher. Moreover, the ministry will not provide the budget allocation until the new renewal agreement of the project is signed from January 24. Rather, despite not having a project agreement, Mouk managed the project activities with some risk in the interest of the teachers. Besides, all the teachers have been deposited in the bank account branch subject to receipt of salary allocation till December/23. And warned in various monthly meetings not to return the money to any project officer. As a result, the teachers want to take advantage of the complaints center, so to cover up their crimes, some teachers have entered the field to destroy the image of the institution with these false statements. Mouk will take legal action on the matter. And protest strongly.
3) The supervisor and the upazila manager complained about intimidation and giving bad suggestions to the teachers.
So far no teacher has filed a complaint in the name of any officer/employee after 24 months of the project, that the supervisor of the project showed intimidation or threats to the UPM teacher. But suddenly the information that has been disseminated live on the online channel, to cover up the irregularities, crimes, misdeeds of the said teachers, they want to put pressure on some teachers, project supervisors and officials by providing fictitious and fabricated information. I strongly condemn it.
4) Some teachers claim that the social benefit money is returned.
Some teachers have paid/received benefits for the past one-and-a-half years to cover up the irregularities. Then without telling anything, now all of a sudden he complained that the benefit amount has been withdrawn, which is totally unreasonable and untrue. Because 1/2 year back the benefit money was paid to teachers bank account branch. No complaints were made then. Now when the officials of the institution are creating pressure to improve its center, the said teachers are spreading false information to pressure the institution. Which I strongly protest from the organization.
5) Information regarding complaints regarding CMC and parents meeting in the name of all but no allocation is given
Without knowing the actual facts, providing information on live is completely baseless. Because of CMC meetings and parent meetings, there is no budget in the current project.
The meeting should be done with the contribution of the community and teachers. Still, 50/60 meetings were held under the direction of the Assistant Director of the project, which cost 40/50 thousand rupees. Which has to be borne personally by the organization. Even though the teachers raised the statement, Mouk strongly protested the matter and demanded the administration to take legal action against the teacher for providing baseless information.
6)Promising by the supervisor to provide benefits in the name of employment in other projects.
2/3 of the teachers, 2 supervisors of the project mentioned the names of giving jobs, but he has no civility. Because there is no such project which will be conducted through Mouk or any other organization. Therefore, it is completely baseless and fictitious statement.
7) Intimidation by using the name of the Minister.
2/3 of the teachers who spoke about the name of the minister, as they are representatives of the national election truck, one or two teachers spoke completely about our minister. In the implementation of the said project, they only gave advice to the honorable Minister of Public Administration for proper implementation. There is no question of intimidation by mentioning. A few teachers just want to muddy the waters for their own benefit. I strongly object to this statement.
8) Arrogance in providing various materials and listening to the lies of the children complained that the project activities started from the first July 22 till the current running time. The stock register is maintained by the teacher in each center. Apart from this, all the project materials have been provided to the center. The institution is keeping the receipts of the materials distributed to the teachers. Also, more monitoring should be done to see if there are real students in the center or not, if the center is being run by the students. If there are Jaya students, maybe the teachers will have to look at what materials they will get. Besides, some teachers have given information, the children have to learn false information constantly in the center of the teachers. Conducted centers with students or children. Therefore, for the sake of keeping them alive, the teacher himself gave false information to the project supervisor, upazila manager, monitoring officer and validation team and asked the children to tell false theories without taking the responsibility on themselves. It is very unethical. All the officials of the project strongly protested that whether there are real students in the said centers, administrative action will be taken by making them blue through the survey list.
