Hnila madrasa student Abdullahbin Sawad (6) has been accused of not being rescued even in the last 5 days due to the failure of Teknaf Model Police Station in Cox's Bazar.
In this regard, a crowded press conference has been organized on behalf of his family and the Madrasa at Hneela UP Chairman Rashed Mahmud Ali's own office.
In a press conference, it was informed that at 12 noon on March 9, Swaad bin Abdullah (6), son of Hafez Abdullah, a Qatari resident of the same area, a 1st class student of Abu Huraira Madrasa, Hnila Purbapankhali, was kidnapped by an old Burmese woman named Umm Salma with the help of CNG driver Md. Nasir of Lar Para area of Cox's Bazar. done
After the incident came to light, the boy's mother Nurjahan filed a complaint with the officer-in-charge of Teknaf Model Police Station requesting the rescue of the victim.
Following the complaint, the CNG car used in kidnapping the victim from Cox's Bazar was seized as well as the driver Nasir was arrested by the operation led by SI Sudarshan on the orders of Teknaf Police Officer-in-Charge.

In response to a question from the journalists, the plaintiff in the case, Nurjahan and her relatives said that the Teknaf police station kept the abductor woman and the CNG driver in Jaai Adre police station after arresting them and without revealing any information, they sent the challan to the court two days later.
Their further complaint in the press conference was that after arresting the driver of the car used in the kidnapping and even the leading woman, why did the victim Soad not be rescued and sent to court.
However, Teknaf police station took the car from us many times saying that they will conduct an operation to rescue the victim, but no operation was conducted.
Moreover, while in the police station, the abductor also buys cotton from the plaintiff for the child of the abductor. Despite the fact that these abductors have been identified as a kidnapping gang, this friendly behavior of the police towards them has angered the local people. Meanwhile, it was also informed in the press conference that the victim's family members are demanding a ransom of Tk 20 lakh from many unknown mobile numbers. If the money is not sent, the victim threatens to send Soad's body.
In this situation, the victim's family and relatives have requested the utmost cooperation from the people of Teknaf Model Police Station, RAB-15 and Detective Division to return the victim Swaad bin Abdullah unharmed.
In this regard, Hnila UP Chairman Rashed Mahmud Ali said that he wishes Teknaf police station's all-out operation to rescue the victim.
In this regard Teknaf Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge OC Md. Usmangani said--- 5 people detained in police station including SP Circle were extensively interrogated from last night till Seheri time and efforts are being made to rescue the victim on their confession. But as there is no provision to keep the accused in the police station for more than 24 hours after the arrest of the police, they have been sent to the court.
