Narail's Lohagara threatened to expose the pornographic video! UNO bodyguard in jail

Ansar member Aakash Biswas (27), the bodyguard of Narail Lohagara Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Animesh Biswas, has been arrested and sent to jail on charges of extortion by threatening to watch obscene videos.

On Friday (March 15), Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Lohagarh police station Kanchan Kumar Roy confirmed the matter.

The arrested Akash belonged to deceased Nihar Biswas of Rangpur village of Dumuria upazila in Khulna. For the last two years, he was working as a bodyguard of the Upazila Nirbahi officer.

It is known that Lohagarh UNO Animesh Biswas was threatened with an obscene video by an unknown extortionist who extorted Tk 10 lakh in several rounds. Bipasha Biswas, UNO's wife, filed a case against unknown accused at Lohagarh police station, accusing her of extortion. The UNO bodyguard was arrested on the basis of this case.

In this regard, the victim UNO Animesh Biswas tried to contact the wife several times but her statement was not received. However, UNO claims that he knows nothing about the extortion case filed by his wife. He was not informed about the case.

 

Accused bodyguard Akash's brother Samar said that the mystery of the incident should be revealed through fair investigation. If Akash has committed a crime in that, then let him be punished. But if he is a victim of any other outrage and is included in this case, then we strongly demand the administration and the government to conduct a proper investigation and take action.

In this regard, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Lohagarh police station Kanchan Kumar Roy said that Akash was arrested due to his involvement in an extortion case. Later I came to know that he is a member of Ansar and bodyguard of UNO. Therefore, the matter will be reported to the concerned department. Apart from this, the operation to catch the extortion gang continues.

According to the case details, on February 17, an anonymous person called the number used by the Lohagara Upazila Nirbahi officer on WhatsApp and said that there is an obscene video, for which if Tk 10 lakh is not paid, the video will be made viral through social media. Several times the anonymous extortionist threatened the upazila executive officer and his wife over the phone. In fear, Bipasha Biswas gave 8 lakh 94 thousand rupees to the bank account of the threat in stages for the safety of her husband's honor and life. On the day of sending money under the direction of the threat, his bodyguard Ansar member Aakash, who was in UNO's car, suggested that the money can be sent to the account from the booth of Dutch Bangla Bank. UNO's wife suspects Akash, an Ansar member, on the basis of these words.

Later on last Monday (March 11) afternoon from Dumuria in Khulna, Akash Lakshipasha got down at the bus stand to join work after his leave and the police arrested him. Then on Tuesday (March 12) the case was waived and the next day on Wednesday (March 13) he was arrested and sent to jail through the court.
