Narail Sadar police station arrested accused who was sentenced to two years. Narail Sadar police arrested the accused Md. Akibar Sheikh (42) who was sentenced to 2 (two) years rigorous imprisonment and fined Tk 2,000/- in the time theft case on Tuesday (March 12) morning. Ujjal Roy, Narail district representative said,

The arrested accused Md Akibar Sheikh (42) is the son of deceased Wazed Sheikh of Ramsiddhi Sakin of Sadar police station of Narail district. Based on secret information, under the supervision of Narail Sadar police station officer-in-charge Mohammad Saiful Islam, SI (retd) Saiful Islam along with the force conducted a raid and arrested him from his home. The accused has been produced before the learned Court. Officer-in-charge of Narail Sadar police station Mohammad Saiful Islam said that the district police are always active in warrant Tamil under the general direction of Narail District Superintendent of Police Mohd Mehdi Hasan.
