The current chairman Saiful Islam Sumon has been occupying four rooms of Jaipur Union Parishad No. 6 in Narail's Lohagara for the past two years. Ujjal Roy, Narail district representative said, it is known that Saiful Islam Sumon was elected chairman in the 2021 Union Parishad election with the boat symbol. Since then he occupied four rooms of the council and is living there with his family.

Suman chairman's wife said, since the election, we have been living here with 7 family members. Being in the Union Parishad is so that the people always have access to the chairman and the chairman can serve the people quickly.

President of Jaipur Union Awami League Shamsul Haque said that Sumon Chairman has been living in the Union Parishad with his wife and children for two years.

Saker Khandkar of Ariyara village said, in my 70/75 years, I have never seen a chairman living in a union parishad with his wife and children, now I see this chairman living in a union parishad with his family.

Russell said, we have four rooms on the second floor, they are Agriculture Office, Fisheries Office, Ministry of Primary Mass Education, Ministry of Healthy Family Planning, Ministry of Social Welfare, Local Government Department, they will get one room each. Chairman Saiful Islam Sumon said, "I don't take four rooms." There are two rooms allotted to me by the government and I take those two rooms. The remaining two rooms are a server room and a police room.
