During the investigation, the dealers complained and said that the office assistant Shahidul grabbed lakhs of rupees in the name of package and labor costs. In seven months, Shahidul and Mintu collected about 10 lakh rupees from dealers. I have complained about taking the money to the Additional District Commissioner (General). Later, the dealers complained to the Additional Deputy Commissioner for refund.
However, the accused Shahidul Islam initially denied the matter of taking the money to the media persons, but later admitted that the Deputy Commissioner is aware of the money withdrawal. However, he was in charge for a few months, not seven months. And he claimed that he did not do this alone.
And Thakurgaon Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Md. Soleman Ali said that TCB was not aware of taking money in product packages. The dealers have reported the matter of taking money against the office staff. Written complaint will be investigated and action will be taken.
Earlier, Shahidul was accused of obtaining money through fraud. Which has already been headlined in various media.
