A party has become desperate to occupy a special place in Tekpara of Islamabad in the newly formed Eidgaon upazila of Cox's Bazar. Locals feared a clash at any moment.


It is known that after the Tekpara Jame Masjid of Islamabad Union, both sides became active to occupy a special place in opposition adjacent to Gomatli Road in front of the local market.

A team of Eidgaon police station visited the spot. There have been attacks on this place before.


According to information, on 13th March Anwar Hossain Jahed, Father Nurul Azim, Tekpara, Ward No. 1, Islamabad Union, Police Station Eidgaon, District Cox's Bazar by 2nd Party Shamshul Alam, Father Deceased Ashad Ali, Tekpara, Ward No. 1, Islamabad UP, Police Station Eidgaon, District Cox's Bazar. Bazar filed an application against four people under section 144 of the IPC. In the statement of the learned strategist, he said that the plaintiff land is in the possession of the first party and the plaintiff land has all the documents. 2nd party is trying to take possession of the land by force complaint. There is a fear of breach of peace. Documents are reviewed.


In general consideration, it has been asked to submit a report before the next scheduled date along with on-site investigation regarding the site opposite to Aceland Eidgaon. Officer-in-charge Eidgaon police station will maintain peace and order in the area.


But ignoring the court's section 144, the defendant is continuing the construction work at the special place. On March 15th, the police visited the spot to maintain peace and order.


A woman said that as part of the pre-planning, on the occasion of no one staying at home, the accused party is suddenly building a wall in a special place with people. We are disappointed.
