BNP leader Masud Arun in Jail after High Court did not grant anticipatory bail in Meherpur Chip Judicial Court

 

Today, March 10, the Meherpur Chip Judicial Court, in the case of vandalism, rejected the anticipatory bail granted by the High Court and sent BNP's controversial leader, district BNP president and former member of parliament, Masud Arun, and his associates to jail.

Other accomplices in the incident are Meherpur Municipal BNP President Jahangir Biswas, Sadar Upazila BNP General Secretary Saiful Islam, District Farmers Dal President Mahbubur Rahman, District Jubo Dal President Zahid Biswas,

The Meherpur Chip Judicial Court sent all of them to jail without granting bail, including Amzhupi Union Volunteer Party President Hafizur Rahman Member, Meherpur Sadar Upazila Youth Joint Convenor Raihan Mujib and District Chhatra Dal President Akib Javed.
