Bhutanese ambassador in Kurigram, police protocol and tight security

Visited the proposed JTUZ based 'Bhutanese Special Economic Zone' in Sadar Upazila under Kurigram District and Bhurungamari Sonahat Land Port and Chilmari Naval Port area.

Ambassador of Bhutan to Bangladesh H. E. Mr. Rinchen Kuentsyl and a high-level delegation from Bangladesh Economic Authority (BEZA) and Bhutan. During this two-day visit, Kurigram district police ensured protocol, security, reception with the district administration.

It is considered as an important visit under the guidance of the Hon'ble Prime Minister in terms of employment, development and industrialization in Kurigram in opening the doors of various possibilities in the future.

He was also a travel companion on the said trip

Mr. Chhime Tshering (DG, Dept. of Industry, Royal Government of Bhutan), Ms. Kinley Yangzom (Chief Trade Officer, Export Promotion Division, Dept. of Trade, Royal Government of Bhutan), Dr. Sheikh Mohammad Zobayed Hossain (General Manager, Joint Secretary, Finance and Budget, BEZA), Abu Hena Md. Mustafa Kamal (Manager, Deputy Secretary, Investment Development and Monitoring-1, BEZA), Mohammad Fiznoor Rahman (Director, Prime Minister's Office), Md. Monowar Mokarram (Director, South Asia, Ministry of External Affairs), Md. Shihab Uddin (Assistant Manager, MIS & Research, BEZA) will be the tour guide, it is learned from the programme.

Kurigram Deputy Commissioner Md Saidul Arif and Superintendent of Police Al Asad Md Mahfuzul Islam continued their tireless efforts to make this visit a success.
