Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children's Day celebrated in Teknaf

Mach 17 in Teknaf as a part of the nation-wide theme "Bangabandhu's dream will bring laughter to everyone's home" on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the great architect of freedom Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the National Children's Day celebration at Teknaf Upazila Parishad Auditorium 17 Mach ' Held at 10 am. Upazila Senior Fisheries Officer Md Delwar Hossain delivered the welcome address at the meeting held under the chairmanship of Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md Adnan Chowdhury in the event organized by Teknaf Upazila Administration Department and in collaboration with NGO organization Agrajatra and managed by Upazila Academic Supervisor Nurul Absar. Upazila Women Vice Chairman Tahera Akhtar Milli Teknaf Model Police Officer Incharge (O'C) Md Osman Gani, Teknaf Upazila Agriculture Officer Zakerul Islam, Teknaf Upazila Engineer Md Rabiul Hossain and brave freedom fighter Zahir Hossain MA recited poems about Bangabandhu. Children Miftahul Jannat and Naumi did. In the closing speech, the Upazila Nirbahi Officer said that if Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was not born, this country would not have been independent and Bangabandhu is known throughout the world as a pioneer of the awakening of the Bengali nation. At the age of 55, he accomplished the impossible and created a separate map in the world by freeing the Bengali nation from subjugation. At the end of the program, prizes were distributed among the students in the writing and painting competition.

Before the rally and garlanded Bangabandhu's portrait and mural, Upazila Administration, Teknaf Model Police Station, Muktijuddha, AP BN, and related officials officially led the program. Later, a preparatory meeting was held to mark the Independence and Great National Day celebrations on March 26. In the meeting held under the chairmanship of Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Adnan Chowdhury, various opinionated decisions were taken. Teknaf Upazila Health Complex Officer Dr. Pranay Rudra along with Teknaf Upazila Assistant Officers of various departments, Police, Am' Police, Muktijoddha Family, Ansar BDP, Brother Service, Shishu Kishore, Shikhathi' and NGO representatives were present.
