52 youths got job as Trainee Recruit Constable (TRC) in Habiganj district by spending only 120 rupees.

They got this job by going through all the stages of the police recruitment process with the slogan 'Not a job, but a service'. And they spent only 120 rupees per person to get this job.

Many of the employed were day laborers and sons and daughters of middle class families.

Habiganj Police Superintendent Akhter Hossain BPM-Seba's overall supervision, 52 job aspirants were initially selected from thousands of applicants on the basis of transparent, neutral, merit and ability.

Before this, on February 16th, 17th and 18th, the recruitment process for Trainee Recruit Constable (TRC) post-2024 started with physical measurement, document verification and physical ability verification of applicants from different areas of the district. After the physical ability verification in three stages, the written test was held on March 06. The results of the written examination were declared on Wednesday (March 13) morning. After that the qualified candidates attend the psychological and oral test at 10 am. After the oral examination, 08 young women and 44 young candidates were initially selected for the post of Trainee Recruit Constable (TRC). Habiganj Superintendent of Police Akter Hossain BPM-Seba announced the final result of 52 selected youths at 9 pm on Wednesday.

In a brief speech, he said, 'There was no irregularity in this recruitment process. The entire recruitment process is done on the basis of merit and merit only, without any kind of lobbying trade, in 100% transparent and impartial manner. No one had to pay a single rupee beyond 120 rupees for recruitment. At this time he congratulated all the initially selected with flowers.

On the other hand, the youth lost their souls in happiness as they got jobs by spending only 120 rupees per person. Many were overcome with emotion and broke down in tears. At this time, the parents of many of the employees expressed their gratitude to the Superintendent of Police.
