A drug dealer was arrested in Chapainawabganj with 29 bottles of Bengal liquor

 On February 13, 2024 at 21:50 at night from Atahar Bazar under Sadar police station of Chapainawabganj district on the basis of secret information, RAB arrested a drug dealer with 29 bottles of domestic liquor on the paved road to Nayagola. Accused Md. Saheb Ali (29), father- Md. Bajlur Rahman, Mata-Mocha: Tajkera, Sang-Sarjan, Thana-Chapainawabganj Sadar, District-Chapainawabganj arrested with 29 bottles of Bengali liquor.

The arrested accused, Md. Saheb Ali, is a member of an identified drug gang. For a long time, he collected Bengali liquor and sold drugs at retail and wholesale prices to drug dealers, drug addicts and local youth in different areas of Chapainawabganj district. Based on intelligence information, it is known that a shipment of drugs will enter Chapainawabganj city through that area at the mentioned time. On the basis of such information, a raiding party of RAB-5 conducted a raid at the place as per the previous plan and arrested the mentioned drug dealer while supplying the drug. Later, 29 bottles of Bengal liquor were recovered from the accused in the presence of neutral witnesses of the area.

In the above incident, accused Md Saheb Ali (29), father Md Bazlur Rahman, mother Mocha Tajkera, Sang-Sarjan, Thana-Chapainawabganj Sadar, District-Chapainawabganj. A case has been registered at Sadar Police Station in Chapainawabganj.
