A child was killed after being hit by a school bus in Gazipur's Pubail

 

A child named Md. Mostakim (20 months) was killed in a road accident in Basugaon Dakshinpara area under Pubail police station of Gazipur city.

The accident took place on the Basugaon Dakshinpara road in Ward No. 41 of the metropolis last Tuesday evening.

The child is the son of Md Masum of Kaliganj Bakhtarpur village of Gazipur district.

It is known that the child Mostakim was standing with his uncle on the street in front of his house on Tuesday. At that time, a fast-moving vehicle (school bus) leaving Japan International Dream School and College hit him and he fell on the road. Immediately, the locals rescued the seriously injured child and took it to the emergency department of Karamatla Hospital. After giving first aid, the child was referred to Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmad Medical College Hospital. Later, when he was taken to Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmad Medical College Hospital, the doctor on duty declared the child dead.
