Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina said, "Your love and support is my only strength" after attending an election public meeting at Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Government College ground in Tungipara, Gopalganj on Saturday, December 30, 2023.
In the public meeting, the Prime Minister said, "Now we have to go through many setbacks, but still you have kept me ahead." I thank you for that.
Regarding the repeated attacks on her during the public meeting organized to campaign for the 12th National Assembly elections, Sheikh Hasina said, "There have been repeated attempts to kill me." Awami League protected me with human shield.
He also said, "The dream that my father had about this Bangladesh, I tried hard, I did not look at myself."
He said, orders are given from London, people are burnt here. Murderers like Tarek, and listening to him, listening to lust, why do they kill people is my question to them. Allah will punish you for this. We want people to live in peace. They want to disrupt the election. Third parties cannot change people's destiny. All of Bangladesh is digital Bangladesh today.
Sheikh Hasina said, I have not come to corrupt the daughter of Bangabandhu, I have come to change the fate of people. We announced that we will build Padma Bridge with our own money, today we have shown it to the world. We believe in Mujib ideology. Just as Palestine is being attacked by Israel, Tareq Zia is burning people on orders from London.
