Two top leaders of BNP were arrested from Gulshan and Sheorapara in the capital

 


On Tuesday, October 17th, around 10:30 PM, BNP National Executive Committee Organizing Secretary and former Minister Ruhul Quddus Talukdar Dulu was taken away from his house in Gulshan by the police. Dulu was taken to the DB office on Mintu Road. According to DB sources, Dulu was arrested in an operation by the Gulshan police station and DB.


Top leader Ruhul Quddus Talukder Dulu's wife Sabina Yasmin told the media that her husband is out on bail in all cases. However, it is not known on what charges he has been arrested.

On the other hand, at around 10:30 pm today, Kafrul Thana police arrested Abul Kalam Azad, convener of the National Weaver Party Central Committee, in front of a business establishment in Sheorapara of the capital.


Shamsuddin Didar, a member of BNP Chairperson's press wing, informed and confirmed the matter to the media.
