BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said these things in the speech of the chief guest at the opening meeting of BNP's road march from Comilla to Chittagong on Thursday, October 5, demanding resignation of the government, non-partisan neutral government and unconditional release of Khaleda Zia.
He said that the Awami League government is a vote thief. Free, fair, impartial and participatory elections are not possible under this government. BNP will not go to any election without a caretaker government. It does. Millions of rupees are being used for corruption but now it will not happen anymore. All the people of the country know that the Awami League government is a vote stealer. The people of the country do not want an undemocratic government. Therefore, a neutral government should be formed.
This failed government of the country is building a dictatorial political system in the country. It is trying to kill the crown of the head of the people of our country in the name of treatment of the national leader Begum Khaleda Zia. We all demand from this meeting, arrangements should be made to send Begum Khaleda Zia abroad for better treatment.
