On Monday, October 9, after 10 a.m., a fire suddenly broke out at the head office of SA Paribahan Parcel and Courier Service located in Kakrail of the capital. It took more than half an hour of fire service units to bring it under control.
Initially, it is believed that the fire started from the ground floor of the four-storey building. After that, when the fire spread to the entire building, many goods and necessary documents were destroyed by fire.
Locals said that after 10 o'clock in the morning, the fire suddenly broke out in the building. First, they tried to put out the fire with buckets of water and then the fire service started extinguishing the fire.
The officer in charge of the fire service, Lima Khanom, confirmed the matter and said that there was a fire at the head office of SA Paribahan Parcel and Courier Service in Kakrail. The fire broke out in the four-storey building at 10:10 am. On receiving the information, the first unit reached the spot at 10:15 and started working to control the fire. The fire was brought under control after half an hour of 10 units. However, many goods and documents were destroyed due to the fire.
