Elias Hossain property could not be croaked i.e. property not found


  The tribunal has ordered journalist Ilyas Hossain to appear in court in the case filed by Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) chief Banaj Kumar Majumdar for providing false and untrue information in the Mitu murder case and publishing it. 


In the court of Judge AM Zulfikar Hayat of Dhaka Cyber Tribunal, the date of submitting the report regarding the hacking of Ilyas Hossain's property in the case was fixed on Monday. Tongi West Thana-Police submitted a report to the court stating that Elias Hossain's property could not be seized i.e. the property was not found. After that, the court ordered Ilyas Hossain to appear in the court by notice in the newspaper. The court has fixed the next date of the case on November 26. Jewel Mia, assistant bench assistant of the concerned court, confirmed this. Earlier, the tribunal had ordered attachment of Ilyas Hossain's property on August 31. The court accepted the charge sheet of the case on July 25. Former police SP Babul Akhtar and his father from the case. The court acquitted Abdul Wadud Miah. Brother of journalist Ilyas Hossain and Babul Akhtar. The charge sheet given by the police against Habibur Rahman Labu was accepted. The court has issued an arrest warrant against Ilyas Hossain as he is absconding. Babul Akhter's brother Md. Habibur Rahman Labu appeared in court
