BNP leader Komira will hold a rally at two main entrances of Dhaka today (September 25, Monday) at Dholaikhal area of the capital and at Aminbazar Chishti Filling Station at 2.30 pm to demand the resignation of the government and the formation of a non-partisan government.
BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia's unconditional release, request to send her out of the country for better treatment and to establish the democratic and human rights of the people of all levels of the country to conduct the twelfth parliamentary elections under the caretaker government.
BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will be present as the chief guest at Dholaikhal rally organized by Dhaka Metropolitan South BNP. On the other hand, BNP Standing Committee member Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury will be present as chief guest at Aminbazar rally.
The other parties of the alliance will join the rally organized under the leadership of BNP. They will hold a rally in Dhaka on Monday. The LDP will hold a rally in front of the party office next to Taltala Market, Khilgaon Taltala Market at 4 pm, Gana Adhikar Parishad (Nur) at Paltan Mor at 3:30 pm and Kawran Bazar at 3 pm in front of the party office. The People's Rights Council (Reza Kibria) will hold a public signature program at 3 pm in front of the National Press Club.
The main objective of this rally is to ensure that the incumbent government creates an environment for fair elections.
