The Trinamool BNP political party was founded on 20 November 2015 by the late Minister of Bangladesh Nationalist Party-BNP, Barrister Nazmul Huda. The slogan of the Trinamool Bangladesh Nationalist Party (Trinamool BNP) is "Healthy Politics, Foundation of Good Governance". The party's registered and election symbol is "Golden Ash". ".

 Since its inception, the party has faced many problems to get registration from the EC and finally this matter went to the court. The party could not participate in the 11th National Parliament Elections without registration but became the center of discussion. Through various efforts and arguments, the party won the 12th National Parliament Elections on 16th February 2023. Earlier the registration was obtained through a notification signed by EC Secretary Jahangir Alam. Again the party started political activities afresh and with new old political figures.

The founder of this political party was Barrister Nazmul Huda, President was Samaresh Mobin Chowdhury and General Secretary was Advocate Taimur Alam Khandkar.

It is to be noted that in 2015 Barrister Nazmul Huda established a party called Trinamool BNP. On February 16, 2023, the party was registered with the Election Commission. He died three days later on 19 February 2023 AD. After his death, his daughter Barrister Antara Huda took over as acting chairman on 16 May AD.

Later on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at 11:45 am, the first councilor of the Trinamool BNP political party was held by hoisting the national and party flags at the Engineers Institution in the capital. In the said council, a partial central committee consisting of 27 members was formed through old and new leaders expelled from Bangladesh Nationalist Party-BNP. The party's chairperson Shamser Mobin Chowdhury and general secretary Taimur Alam Khandkar were elected in the said council. Antara Hooda, daughter of late minister Barrister Nazmul Hooda, who was the acting chairperson of the party after the death of Trinamool BNP founder Barrister Nazmul Hooda, was given the responsibility of the third important post of executive.

In the second phase of the council and workers' assembly, the partial committee was announced by the organizer of the council and the former joint secretary general of the party. Akkas Ali Khan.

Advocate Rezaul Karim, Advocate Masudur Rahman, Faiz Chowdhury, Talukdar Zahirul Haque, Rokhsana Amin Surma were elected as Joint Secretary Generals.

Shamim Ahsan was elected as treasurer.

Raju Mia, Kazi Ibrahim Khalil Sabuj as Freedom Fighters Secretary, Shahabuddin Iqbal as Youth Affairs Secretary, Advocate Ashanur Rahman as Legal Secretary, Architect Nazmus Saqib as Science and Technology Secretary, Sagar Ghosh as Publicity and Publications Secretary and Volunteer Affairs Secretary. Farhad Hossain was elected.

Antara Huda welcomed Shamser Mobin Chowdhury and Advocate Taimur Alam Khandkar in the council. And Trinamool BNP President Shamser Mobin Chowdhury said in the program that the ruling party of the current constitution will participate in the 12th National Parliament elections held under the Awami League. The parliamentary elections will be held because the administrative forces of Bangladesh, police and other security personnel are active in carrying out their duties impartially. And the Bangladesh Election Commission will complete the national parliamentary elections by ensuring the expected wicked impartial and unbiased attendance of the people. At that time, a journalist asked a question, he said in all 300 seats in Bangladesh.
